Keith joined AJAY in 2019, bringing more than 30 years of commercial construction experience. His focus includes customer care and maintaining strong client relationships.
A time-served bricklayer with more than 40 years of brickwork and management experience, Trevor brings extensive operational and commercial knowledge to AJAY.
Sebastian joined AJAY in 2020 and has since completed his BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying at Northumbria University. He manages estimating, costing and key commercial controls.
Ross moved into AJAY’s management team in 2025 after working as a bricklayer across multiple North East sites. He oversees large teams with a focus on quality and productivity.
James became a Contracts Manager in 2025 after previously working for AJAY as a bricklayer. He has developed particular expertise in timber-frame delivery and changing build requirements.
Michelle joined AJAY in 2021 and supports apprentices across site work, college and their route towards End Point Assessment and qualification.
